Our aim this year is to bring you a selection of beers with a 'GREAT OUTDOORS' theme! As we approach the time of the festival, however, we may encounter difficulties beyond our control, meaning we have to reserve the right to substitute any of the beers listed on this website. All in all though, we have gone to great lengths to ensure all our beers are made available to you in the very best condition. We hope you come along and enjoy the event. Cheers!
We are not a ticketed event; entry is via payment of an entrance fee on the door only. At busy times we may have to restrict access. We have to abide by the fire regulations which lay down a limit to the number of people in the hall at any one time. If you have to queue, please be patient with us, or take the chance to visit one of the excellent real ale pubs in Colne itself.
Tokens & Buying Beer
Our event uses beer tokens over the bar. This means you get served faster and fewer of our staff have to handle money. You can buy as many or as few tokens as you need, but rest assured any unused tokens can be cashed at the end of each session - although unused tokens can also be donated to our charity. You can use tickets to buy cask beer, bottles or cider. Tickets are colour coded and issued for each day - they are not transferable.
Children are welcome in the Lesser Muni area during daytime sessions only, if accompanied by a parent/guardian. Parents must not leave children unattended on the premises.
The festival organisers reserve the right to refuse admittance to any persons and are not obliged to give the reason. Any person whose behaviour is felt to pose a risk to themselves, to others or to property will be asked to leave and will be escorted from the premises. As you leave the festival we ask you to respect the local neighbourhood - PLEASE EMPTY YOUR GLASS BEFORE LEAVING! - You are reminded Colne does not allow alcohol consumption on the street.
